Grandma Rebecca’s Pasta Salad Primavera
: Crisp, fresh local veggies from Victory Farms and tender imported pasta tossed in extra virgin olive oil and fresh garden herbs

Course Two

Vegetarian Sausage
: Hand-linked and charcoal grilled, presented on freshly baked rolls with our own special dipping sauces

Course Three

Burgers with a Twist: 
Juicy, tender, ground bison seared and topped with melted Tallegio and pate. Served atop crisps
