Hundreds of Volunteers Preparing 100,000 Meals for Hungry Children This Weekend

This weekend, hundreds of Short Pump community members will work to feed thousands of starving children in the developing world. Through a partnership between Gayton Church and Twin Cities-based Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), more than 500 volunteers will prepare 100,000 life-saving meals at an FMSC MobilePack event.

Henrico County Offering Free Debris Collection Following Hurricane Irene

Henrico County’s Department of Public Works is offering a free pickup service to assist in residents’ cleanup efforts following Hurricane Irene.
