1. Christmas parties. I think everyone is having a Christmas party this weekend. If you cant find one to go to you can come to mine. Friday and Saturday. Presumably free?
2. VCU v. Oklahoma & Richmond v. Montana. Both of our fair city’s universities play their biggest games of the season this weekend. Vcu tackles Oklahoma coached by ex-Vcu head coach Jeff Capel and UR plays in the “Division I-AA” title game. Vcu plays at 10:00 Saturday on Espn2. Richmond plays Friday at 8:00 also on Espn2.
3. Ilad at Ipanema. This show will include a special holiday set of the classic holiday tunes with an Ilad tinge….maybe even a few sing-a-longs. Everyone loves sing alongs. Sunday, 9:30, FREE
4. Richmond Ballet: The Nutcracker (with the Richmond Symphony). Did anyone know Alexander Dumas wrote the Nutcracker. The Landmark Theater, Saturday, 2:00, 7:00, Sunday, 1:00, 4:30, $10-$110
