Basilis Greek Restaurant (3107 W. Cary Street, 804-257-7277) opened in the old Carytown Seafood spot to enthusiastic reviews from neighborhood bloggers in Carytown and the Museum District. With authentic, fresh ingredients, and vegetarian and gluten-free options, the menu is very affordable, with most dishes under $10. Open 11am to 9pm daily. Owner Basilis Tsimbos hails from Athens, Greece.
