Residents urge city to incorporate baseball into Boulevard redevelopment plans
Approximately 200 area residents turned out for the first of six preliminary meetings to solicit public opinions to decide the fate of 60 acres surrounding the Diamond.
Candidates from all five county districts plan to attend the September 28th meeting.
The West End intersection has been among the most highly-trafficked for decades.
Public input will shape how the county spends federal funding over the next five years.
Properties include 2301, 2323, 2325, 2327 2329, and 2331 East Main Street.
