So long, RVA!
The proposed parking restrictions in The Fan have apparently been expanded. A flyer being shared details an expansion of the 1-hour-only zone to include more of Park Avenue and Hanover Avenue.
It’s not exactly planes, trains, and automobiles, but this year, we have plenty of choices as to how you can get to the Richmond Folk Festival. So to be honest, you have no reason, whatsoever, to miss out on this weekend’s festivities.
When Mike Yavorsky left Richmond for New York City in 1998 he had a plan: finish culinary school, work with some of the best chefs, and come back to RVA to start his own restaurant. He’s done just that.
