  • Agnolotti alla Panna: Homemade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese in a light cream sauce
  • Sogliola Aurora: Filet of sole with diced tomato, pine nuts, mushroom and fresh basil in white wine sauce
  • Vitello Verdi: Sautéed veal scallopine topped with asparagus and mozzarella cheese in a white wine sauce
  • Pollo Gastronomico: Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, sausage, black olives, pearl onions in a light brown sauce
  • Arista di Maiale al Forno: Roasted rack of pork in a mixed wild mushrooms sauce
