• Shrimp and scallop scampi
• Steamed mussels with white wine or marinara
• Saute of calamari with olive oil, garlic, and capers
• White bean and pesto salad
• Spinach caeser
• Arugula with truffle oil, shaved parmesane, and peppadews
• Mixed greens with carrot-ginger dressing and toasted seaseme seeds
• Spinach salad with green apple vinaigrette, goat cheese, and toasted almonds

• Rockfish and shrimp with saffron and cauliflower puree
• Spicy lamb sausage with white beans
• Seared sea scallops with truffle oil and proscuitto
• Atlantic salmon with bourbon and honey sauce
• Roasted beef sirloin with creamy horseradish
• Chicken scallopine with brown butter, lemon, capes, and artichokes
