Favorites: Pizza Tonight’s Margherita pizza

I’m crazy about pizza, and it’s not just because it’s one of the most popular foods in the United States. I grew up in New Jersey where good pizza was an expectation. But I’ve also been to the source–Naples in Italy–and enjoyed what pizza was meant to be. Fortunately for me and other pizza lovers, Pizza Tonight cooks up the genuine article wherever they set up their glorious mobile pizza oven. My favorite is the traditional Margherita ($9) (when fresh, local basil is available), but it’s worth tasting your way through the whole menu.
