Paul L. Townes, Jr.(left) became the fourth suspect arrested in the murder of Victoria Jewelers manager Muhammad H. Baig. Like the previous three suspects arrested – Anthony J. Lenard, Jesse G. Edmond and Jermeaka M. Gorham – Townes was charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
