  • Cuban roast pork — Seasoned black beans, rice plantain chips, and grilled pineapple salsa
  • Lump crab cakes — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a key lime remoulade
  • Grilled hangar steak — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, collard greens, and rosemary red wine demi glade
  • Pan seared rainbow trout — Stuffed with capers, crab meat, and roasted red peppers served over stone ground grits and braised collard greens
