- Crispy fried oysters — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, sautéed garlicky spinach, and lemon dill crème fraiche.
- Pork tenderloin — Mashed sweet potatoes, collard greens, and a granny smith apple chutney.
- Lump crab cakes — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a key lime remoulade.
- Pecan crusted trout — Mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, granny smith apple, and fennel slaw.
- Grilled hangar steak — Parmesan and herb potato gratin, collard greens, chimichurri.
