  • Traditional caesar salad — Hearts of romaine, homemade Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
  • Fried green tomatoes — Homemade pimiento cheese, smoked tomato aioli.

Course two

  • Crispy fried oysters — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, sautéed garlicky spinach, and lemon dill crème fraiche.
  • Pork tenderloin — Mashed sweet potatoes, collard greens, and a granny smith apple chutney.
  • Lump crab cakes — Red-skinned mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a key lime remoulade.
  • Pecan crusted trout — Mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, granny smith apple, and fennel slaw.
  • Grilled hangar steak — Parmesan and herb potato gratin, collard greens, chimichurri.
