- Roasted butternut squash, bourbon, vidalia onion soup finished with black strap molasses creme
- Fried green tomatoes served with peppadew aioli
- Manakintowne mixed greens
- Firefly Farms black & blue cheese, cucumber, roasted red peppers and a roasted shallot vinaigrette
Course two
Choose one
- Jumbo shrimp served over Wadeʼs Mill white cheddar grits, finished with grilled andouille sausage, onions, peppers, tomato, and spinach in a shrimp broth
- Chipotle mac and cheese with grilled asparagus, spinach, and caramelized vidalia onions
- Cajun rubbed flank steak over mashed yukon gold potatoes with grilled asparagus finished with a sweet onion bbq jus
- Chicken and tasso ham gumbo over steamed white rice with filé powder
