- Granny Smith apple and fennel soup with Gorgonzola crouton
- Homemade ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, prosciutto, walnuts, and goat cheese in a brown butter sauce with Italian parsley
- Iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese, Pimenton bacon, gaufrette of carrot, and cherry tomato
Course two
Choose one
- Shrimp, scallop and crab cakes topped with lemon dill aioli and served with garlic mashers and veg
- Boneless braised short ribs over stone ground grits and veg
- Vegetarian stuffed peppers filled with a mixture of lentils, Crimini mushroom, onion, and asparagus, simmered in a rich tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and served over herbed Basmati rice

Choose one
- In-house made vanilla ice cream, rolled in roasted walnuts and topped with caramel-dipped apple segments
- Chocolate genoise cake, soaked in espresso liquor, topped with a chocolate mousse and sprinkled with toasted hazelnuts
- Pumpkin cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, served with a cinnamon cream sauce
