Choose one

• Granny Smith apple and fennel soup with Gorgonzola crouton
• Homemade ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, prosciutto, walnuts, and goat cheese in a brown butter sauce with Italian parsley
• Iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese, Pimenton bacon, gaufrette of carrot, and cherry tomato

Course two

Choose one

• Shrimp, scallop and crab cakes topped with lemon dill aioli and served with garlic mashers and veg
• Boneless braised short ribs over stone ground grits and veg
• Vegetarian stuffed peppers filled with a mixture of lentils, Crimini mushroom, onion, and asparagus, simmered in a rich tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and served over herbed Basmati rice

Course three

Choose one

• In-house made vanilla ice cream, rolled in roasted walnuts and topped with caramel-dipped apple segments
• Chocolate genoise cake, soaked in espresso liquor, topped with a chocolate mousse and sprinkled with toasted hazelnuts
• Pumpkin cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, served with a cinnamon cream sauce
