  • Quinoa stuffed peppers — Red bean and corn quinoa, sweet piquillo peppers, red pepper, cilantro and black bean hummus trio, crispy tortilla strips

Choose one

  • Roasted pork tamale — Sweet potato tamale, smoked tomato salsa, roasted shallots, served with rice and beans
  • Baked spaghetti squash fideo — Mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, herb buer, and chihuahua cheese
  • Hot smoked salmon tacos — House smoked salmon, red cabbage, avocado puree, herb crema, and pickled onion

Course three

Choose one

  • Flourless chocolate torte — Chocolate ganache, blood orange reduction, and pumpkin seed brile, served warm
  • Pumpkin spice tres leches — Three-milk cake, pumpkin crème, pomegranate, cinnamon twist
