The following comes from John Gilbody, FDA Safety Committee Chair:

“The Richmond City Council passed an ordinance regulating wolf/dog hybrids this week.  Specifically, the new law requires owners to build an eight foot fence with concrete base and fencing extending into the ground.  The ordinance also requires a second fence around the first to protect the public from attack through the fence.  All owners are subject to the requirements of the new law.  Charles Samuels took the lead on this public safety issue.”
