VCU aerial (1971)

The Shockoe Examiner has a great aerial view of VCU from 1971. Perhaps the most amazing difference for me from the “then” in the the larger version of the photo and the “now” is the look at what used to be on Grace Street where Dominion Place and the grocery store/VCU building stand now.
