Tomorrow Union Presbyterian Seminary1 is hosting a seminar on urban ministry as part of a larger focus on urban ministry.

The even will feature three “leaders in urban ministry” sharing about their work in an urban church.

  • Rev. Ben Campbell, Executive Director of Richmond Hill in Richmond, Va.
  • Rev. Dr. Roger Gench, Senior Pastor of New York Avenue Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC.
  • Rev. Dr. Anthony Hunt, Superintendent in the Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church, and leads Hope for the City, the conference’s strategic plan for ministry in Baltimore.

The event is tomorrow from 7pm-9pm and is free and open to the public.

1 Union is actually called “Union Theological Seminary & Presbyterian School of Christian Education.” They are changing their name soon to Union Presbyterian Seminary, which is oh so much easier to type; we’re just running with that.
