Two Big Acts Performing at Short Pump Town Center as Part of Charity Radiothon

Some big musical acts will join some of Richmon’s favorite local radio personalities for an event to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation this weekend.

Clear Channel Richmond will host the 36 Hours of Christmas radiothon at Short Pump Town Center December 9th through the 11th. Matt Nathanson and Andy Grammer will perform live during this weekend of fundraising.

Visitors can bid on items signed by various celebrities at the onsite auction. Volunteers will also be accepting onsite donations with all proceeds benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation Greater Virginia Chapter on Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The radiothon kicks of Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. Participating stations include Lite 98, Q94, 106.5 The Beat, 102.1 The X, Newsradio 1140 WRVA and Sports Radio 910.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions and is comprised of a network of 25,000 caring people dedicated to making wishes come true.

Performance Schedule:

Outasight – Friday, December 9th at 12:00 p.m.
Matt Nathanson – Friday, December 9th at 5:00 p.m.
Andy Grammer – Sunday, December 11th at 10:00 a.m.
