This was a first for me, to see anyone sitting atop on the of the piers that support the Norfolk Southern Railway Bridge that runs over the islands west of Mayo Island, just west of the 14th Street Bridge within site of Pipeline Rapids. These three sirens young ladies seemed to be having a relaxing afternoon on Friday as the James River flowed under at more than nine feet.
