Floyd Ave residents and nearby members of the community are invited to walk, bike, or jog along Floyd Ave with representatives from the City of Richmond, Sports Backers, RideRichmond, and dozens of their neighbors. We’ll discuss what we like about Floyd Ave and how we can work to make it even more safe and comfortable for people riding bikes, walking, and driving. The Carytown Farmers Market is the city’s only Sunday market. We are starting our 2013 season April 14 and will be located in the Carytown Cleaners parking lot at 3300 West Cary Street.

The RPS School Board meets at 4:30PM and 6PM on the first Monday of each month in Council Chamber Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall, located at 301 North Ninth Street; and at 6PM on the third Monday of each month at selected schools.

Our Renegade anchors, The Byrd Farm and Faith Farm Foods, will be joined by Agriberry, Heath Farm, Phal’s Noodles, Deer Run, Epic Gardens, Tomten Farm, and maybe a few more, so check with your favorite vendors and come on over. Renegade hours: Tuesdays from 3pm to 6pm (or sunset).
