Police said the victim, in his late teens, walked into VCU Medical Center shortly after 7:30 p.m. Monday to be treated for gunshot wounds to one arm and one hand. Detectives were continuing to gather information today, but police said it appeared the shooting occurred in the 5300 block of Blue Ridge Avenue.
