Sticky Rice recently got tagged with a fairly bad sounding health inspection report:
It happened, according to the health inspection report, at Sticky Rice, 2232 West Main Street in downtown Richmond, which had 5 critical violations. The report says live roaches were in the dish washing room and that the person in charge immediately called Terminex to eliminate the problem. Other violations were also corrected during the inspection.
