Notable events for WOTB:
10-25-09: 700 blk N. Nanesmond St. Three victims stated that they had just exited their vehicle when they were approached by 3 black males. One of the suspects was armed with a handgun. The victims were robbed of their cell phones and other misc. items. The suspects were described as black males between 17 – 25 years of age, 5’ 6” – 5’ 9” Suspects fled on foot. K9 responded but found no traceable track.
10-19-09 3000 Blk of Patterson Ave. – Tools stolen from an apt. under renovation.
THEFTS FROM MOTOR VEHICLES CONTINUE TO BE A PRESSING ISSUE IN SECTOR 311. CITIZENS ARE STILL LEAVING ITEMS IN THEIR VEHICLES MAKING THEM TARGETS OF THEFT AND VEHICLE DAMAGE.
