Via the Fan District Association: Park Cleanup Day set for Saturday, October 23, 9 AM-noon:

The FDA park cleanup day is scheduled for Saturday, October 23rd from 9 AM – noon. Get a neighbor and come out to join your wider group of neighbors as we rake, renew, and restore these jewels in our neighborhood. We have larriope and hostas to plant, refreshements to partake, and fall weather to enjoy.
