James Beard nominee Lee Gregory (The Roosevelt), Owen Lane (The Magpie), Randall Doetzer (Julep’s) and Tim Bereika (Mosaic catering/formerly of Secco) join our own Mike Braune and Aaron Hoskins to collaborate on five courses that celebrate our favorite summer vegetable. Er, fruit? Ah, whatever the heck tomatoes are, when they’re fresh, in-season and local, nothing beats them.
