On Aug. 25, 2013, at approximately 2:07 pm, a female student was walking between the Temple Building and Oliver Hall with her cell phone in her hand. The suspect rode past her, on his bicycle, took the phone from her and rode off. This incident is being investigated as a grand larceny by the VCU Police Department.
The suspect is described as a young, black male on a bicycle.
