Richmond police are looking for a man involved in a robbery and an attempted robbery yesterday in Bellevue:

Richmond police Capt. David L. Martin said the attempted robbery occurred at 6:41 a.m. in the 1200 block of Warren Avenue when the SUV pulled up next to a man and the suspect got out and demanded money. When the victim told the suspect he didn’t have any money, the suspect got back in the SUV and drove away, Martin said.

Nineteen minutes later, in the 3900 block of MacArthur Avenue, the suspect pulled up to a man, motioned him over to the vehicle as if to ask for directions, then pulled a handgun on the victim and demanded money, Martin said. After the victim turned over his wallet, the robber drove off.
