The call originally came in to police at 11:12 a.m. as a “riot” in the cafeteria, but one of the first officers on scene said 50-60 students in the cafeteria were not fighting but instead were “getting riled up.”

Within 10 minutes of the call, officers said they had emptied the cafeteria, order had been restored and students were being returned to classrooms.
