Tonight’s city council meeting (6pm open to the public!) has a couple Northside / Hilbert related items:

Ord.No. 2009-47 (Patron: Mr. Hilbert) – To amend *** the Code *** for the purpose of establishing procedures and guidelines for the maintenance and removal of trees on City-owned property and to establish an Urban Forestry Commission.
Ord. No. 2009-85 (Patron: Mr. Hilbert) – To amend *** the Code *** concerning the city banner display program, to allow the display of banners along Lombardy Street from Brook Road to Admiral Street.
Ord. No. 2008-189 (Patron: Mr. Hilbert) – To prohibit the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Hermitage Road and Laburnum Avenue.

The big one being the roundabout at Hermitage & Laburnum.
