A bizarre, darting light in the sky has bewildered residents of Richmond’s Fan District.
The light — a small dot, not a beam — seemed to dance above the 2100 block of Floyd Avenue, and an area just to the south, Sunday from at least 9:30 p.m. to 11.
Also, they provided some suggestions as to the source of the light:
Various observers said the light looked like a phosphorescent bat, a drunken Superman, or a kite bearing LED lights.
Could this be related to the other recent activity on the 2100 block of Floyd?
