Henrico Police, Fire and Bomb Squad teams evacuated an office building in the 4500 block of Cox Road, near Village Run Drive, after two questionable packages were delivered to the law offices of Cook, Heyward, Lee, Hopper & Feehan Tuesday morning.

The packages were determined to not be harmful after authorities examined them, but will be shipped to state labs for further testing for hazardous materials. Three workers were quarantined after coming in contact with the packages and are being evaluated.
