We tweeted yesterday about 2 attempted robberies on North Morris, today the RTD has more info:

A man trying to snatch young women’s purses has struck twice this week along the western edge of Virginia Commonwealth University’s main academic campus in Richmond’s Fan District. Both incidents occurred in daylight hours in the 100 block of North Morris Street, and in both cases, the women were able to fend off the suspect without surrendering their purses.
