Today’s Good News: Third Precinct Officer Glendon Cox was recently patrolling in the Museum District around 3 a.m. when he heard a man yelling and saw another man running across the street. He quickly stopped, spoke with the man yelling and learned that the second man had broken into his vehicle and stolen an item.

Officer Cox canvassed the area and detained the suspect after finding him a few streets away. He safely recovered a knife from the man’s person and after further investigation, charged him with breaking into the vehicle. Additionally, Officer Cox discovered the man was wanted on additional charges in the city and Chesterfield and is a suspect in several city burglaries. Good work Officer Cox!
