Some dick VCU cop almost runs me over on my bike while she turns without a signal light as I was crossing over the street to the sidewalk and she stops me. She says: “You know, it’s illegal to ride on the wrong side of traffic, it’s also illegal to have headphones in while riding too.” I tell her about her turning without a signal and almost hitting me. *BAM* she writes me a 100 dollar ticket. I look at it and rip it up and put it in my pocket unaware that a bit of it fell on the ground. I told her to go fuck herself and start to bike off. She THEN stops me again and writes me another ticket for littering……….200 DOLLARS LATER AND NO REGRETS! I’MMA GO GET A BEER!
