Henrico Police are seeking a suspect who held up the Wachovia Bank at 4020 Cox Road near West Broad Street around 12:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Witnesses indicated the man who entered the bank was an African-American male in his mid-to-late 30s, wearing a white construction hard hat, khaki work shirt and a orange traffic vest with a yellow stripe.
Although a weapon was not displayed, the suspect indicated that he had one. The suspect fled on foot north behind the bank. If you have any information, please call Henrico County Police at 501-5000 or the Richmond Metro-Crimestoppers at 780-1000.
