Henrico Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a Far West End bank Saturday morning. The suspect entered the SunTrust Bank at 1131 Gaskins Road around 10:00 a.m. and presented the teller with a note demanding money. He fled on foot before being clearly photographed on several surveillance cameras.
The suspect is described as a white or possibly Hispanic male, 30 to 40 years of age, 5’1” – 5’5”), 150 to 180 pounds, with short black hair and a thick mustache and beard. He was wearing a blue and white plaid long sleeve flannel shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a green baseball cap with a tan bill. “This is CAP” was written on the hat in tan.
