The word on the street is that some kids in Richmond have been taking scooter and moped repair classes and stealing peds to work on and resell.

If you see it around, do a fellow RVA citizen a solid and call it in to the po-po so I can get my sense of freedom back. I’ve been in the middle east for three months and the only thing I talked about was riding my motorcycle handless in the summer winds!!!
