A man was arrested after Richmond police spotted him crawling out a window of a Bank of America branch Sunday night. Ricardo M. Mosley, 49, of the 1300 block of Coalter Street in Richmond, was charged with burglary following his 7:40 p.m. arrest outside the bank in the 1200 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard.
