Two projects recently before the planning commission are on the consent agenda for Monday’s City Council meeting. Newly elected City Council representative Cynthia Newbille will be sworn in on Monday as well. The ordinance seeking funding for 2 local traffic circles as part of a larger initiative has been withdrawn.
