The RTD reported on Saturday that the Carytown Merchants Association is staying neutral on plans for the old Verizon building:

In a letter to members, signed by Bob Broomfield, the association’s president, the group says it will support any development that meets the city’s master plan for the area.

“The Carytown Merchants Association supports economic growth that respects the integrity and historical significance of the commercial and residential communities,” according to a statement issued yesterday.
