Eastbound lanes of Broad Street will be closed between Harrison Street and Laurel Street from approximately 5 to 5:15 p.m. Tuesday for Virginia Commonwealth University’s Spirit Walk. Thousands of members of the VCU Class of 2017 will walk as a group from the Siegel Center to Monroe Park, creating brief delays along Broad and Laurel streets, as part of the New Student Convocation and Spirit Walk.
