A member of the 2011 Political Leaders Program at UVa’s Sorensen Institute, Baliles is the son of former Virginia Gov. Gerald L. Baliles, owner and editor www.rivercityrapids.com, Executive Staff Assistant for Planning and Development Review ( City of Richmond), former aide and PIO for Mayor L. Douglas Wilder, and the President of the Museum District Association.
