I took this photo just over 3 years ago, the apparently long-vacant, boarded and all-white house at 12 South Brunswick having caught my eye as incongruous in this area. I assumed at the time that it couldn’t be too much longer before it was fixed up, maybe cut into rental flats for college students. It looks like Eck Enterprises bought the property in 2008, fairly quickly had the house demolished, and moved on rebuilding on the lot.
