The Night of Lights tour will begin at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church at 2900 Hanes Avenue at 6:30 p.m. A guided neighborhood tour will include stops at host porches and last approximately one hour. Holiday refreshments will be provided at host porches, and at the church. The Night of Lights tour is an excellent family event to celebrate the holiday season and to rediscover vibrant, historic communities on Richmond’s Northside.
