A traffic calming study has been completed for the Semmes Ave/Forest Hill Ave intersection. Traffic Engineers will be at the Woodland Heights Civic Association meeting on Tuesday, June 14th at Woodland Heights Baptist Church, Richmond, VA (611 W. 31st St) at 7pm to discuss the options below and to hear community feedback.
