Saison Market will soon be open.

In November 2013, Saison announced that they planned to open Saison Market, a small local market. The market will be located at 323 N. Adams Street and is slated to open in April. In late 2012, Jay Bayer and Adam Hall opened Saison at 23 W. Marshall Street in Jackson Ward with a menu focusing on Southern and Latin-inspired food and cocktails (my personal favorite is the Mezcal Mule).

Bayer and Hall signed a three-year lease for the property where the Jackson Ward Deli operated until 2008. Saison Market will have seating for 16 to 20 and will offer prepared items such as sandwiches and salads along with made-to-order food, including small plates and apps. The market will also sell goods from local businesses, seasonal groceries, coffee, and cocktail equipment and ingredients.
