RPD on the Lookout for Woodland Heights Car Break-in Suspects

Overnight on April 19, officers responded to the 500 block of West 28th Street for a report of theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival, two neighbors also reported their vehicles had been entered.

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspects in the attached photo, who entered vehicles in the Woodland Heights neighborhood and stole items.

Overnight on April 19, officers responded to the 500 block of West 28th Street for a report of theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival, two neighbors also reported their vehicles had been entered.

All three victims stated their vehicles were locked. However, there were no signs of forced entry. Items taken include a multi-tool and loose change. One vehicle was rifled through, but nothing was taken.
